What is Metallic Printing?
To date, Prints On Glass has utilised high gloss photographic papers for its face-mount prints. The end result is exceptional to say the least and has been very well received. This media is designed for the serious enthusiast, professional photographer, or for exceptional photographs.
What Is Face-Mounting?
Face-mounting is a relatively new process common with acrylic mounted photos. It requires the image to be printed directly onto high resolution glossy photo paper and through the use of an optically clear adhesive, the photo is then adhered directly on to the back face of the glass. This process renders the photograph airtight and will not fade for in excess of 50 years.
