• Minimum file size should be 300DPI and as large as possible. The higher the resolution the better the end product. You can read more information on photo resolution here: http://www.vividlight.com/articles/3116.htm
• Lead times are 21-35 business days from receipt of your photo file.
• Name the file using your name prior to sending it to us. This makes life a whole lot easier when it comes to working on your print.
• Do you crop the photo? Yes we will size the image and crop where necessary to suit the size chosen. A pre-print file is sent to you for approval prior to printing if we have to make significant changes to the photo. You will be contacted should this be required.
• Do you repair photos or files? We can carry out repairs to print files but this is not covered under the deal. Additional costs will incurred but you will be notified of costs prior to any work commencing.
• Your print will be delivered packed in a cardboard box packed in polystyrene. The print will also be wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
• Will I need to sign for the print on arrival? No.
• Please use the add comments section to advise us of any changes or specific requests to do with your print. I.e urgent orders or special requests can only be dealt with if we know right from the start.
